Promptness If you arrive after the start of the appointment, we will continue the session with the available time. Payment in full is still requested.

24-hour Cancellation policy If you need to cancel an appointment, please let me know as son as possible so I may schedule someone else in your slot. Except in the case of unavoidable emergency, there is a 24 hour cancellation policy.
